Yes. You’re welcome to share a small number of relevant materials that directly relate to the topics you want to discuss, such as an existing timeline, floor plan, vendor list, budget overview or event outline.These materials are intended to provide context for our conversation.Extensive document review, detailed contract analysis, major revisions or preparation requiring significant work outside the consultation may need to be scoped separately.

The Strategy Session focuses primarily on review, guidance and recommendations, rather than creating complete planning documents.We can absolutely discuss an existing timeline, floor plan or event plan and recommend changes or identify potential issues. However, creating or substantially revising detailed timelines, floor plans, vendor documents or other planning materials falls outside the standard consultation scope.If you need Karman Kreation to create those deliverables for you, we can discuss additional consulting support or one of our planning packages.

We can discuss relevant logistical information within your vendor agreements—such as timing, setup requirements, responsibilities and how different vendor services need to work together.The Strategy Session does not include comprehensive contract review or legal advice. If your event requires extensive vendor-document review or ongoing vendor communication, we can recommend a more appropriate level of planning support.

Following your consultation, you’ll receive a concise written recap summarizing the primary recommendations and next steps discussed during the session.The goal is for you to leave with greater clarity about what needs attention and a practical direction for moving your planning forward.

Absolutely. Some clients need one session to answer a few important questions, while others may benefit from another consultation later as the event evolves.Additional Strategy Sessions can be booked as needed without committing to an ongoing planning package.

If our conversation reveals that you need more than strategy—such as vendor coordination, detailed planning, timeline development or event-day management—we can help determine whether Full-Service Planning, Partial Planning or Month-of/Day-of Event Coordination is the better fit.If you book one of those Karman Kreation services within 30 days of your Strategy Session, your $175 consultation fee will be applied toward your package investment.
