The Experience Behind Karman Kreation
At the helm of Karman Kreation is Kanicka Touranii, an event enthusiast at heart, project leader by training, and the person who genuinely enjoys bringing a hundred moving pieces into one clear plan.
Her event experience began in Dubai, where she spent three years coordinating youth festivals and community events, and continued in the U.S. with more than 10 years of behind-the-scenes event support and coordination through SGI (Soka Gakkai International).
Along the way, Kanicka also built a career in project leadership, client management and people coordination, working with Fortune 500 companies and leading complex programs where timelines, communication, problem-solving and accountability mattered every day.
Fun fact: for years, Kanicka would tell her family that event planning was her passion—even while building her career in biotech. In 2026, she finally brought those two worlds together through Karman Kreation: the creativity and energy she loves about events, paired with the structure and discipline of professional project management.
Today, Kanicka leads the strategy and client experience while bringing together the right event support, vendors and trusted partners to bring each occasion to life.
